This opportunity sits within our Scheduling Team, which is responsible for the planning, coordination, and scheduling of both technology resources and production machinery to deliver on client requested communications.

**Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to)**:
- Identify appropriate resources, timeline and schedule jobs.
- Re-schedule jobs as needed based on client requests or business requirements.
- Attend client scheduling meetings to provide feedback and advice as required.
- Prepare daily CTG/Production reports highlighting any jobs at risk.
- Lead twice-daily CTG/Production/Client Services meetings with relevant departmental representatives.
- Prior to end of day the scheduler identifies and communicates any CTG/Production resource availability for next business day to be utilised.
- Maintain daily communication with all areas of the business to facilitate early identification of potential issues.
- Ensure any job in jeopardy of missing milestone dates are identified and appropriate steps undertaken to find solutions that meet both client and business objectives.
