**The Company**

Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They have recently won a number of maintenance contracts so due to an increased workload looking at hiring a
**scheduler.**

**To be successful in this role you will be required to have experience in the following areas**:

- Plan and schedule maintenance tasks based on priority, availability of resources, and urgency of the plumbing maintenance issue.
- Assign work orders to maintenance staff and coordinate their activities
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and inform them of any delays or changes to the maintenance schedule
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and update maintenance management software
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and guidelines
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as necessary

**Key requirements for the role**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and maintenance requirements would be advantageous
- Understanding of relevant safety regulations and guidelines
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
