Cultura Espresso Bar and Restaurant is seeking a Part-Time Service Supervisor.

This role is perfect for someone wanting to take the next step in their hospitality career, or looking for a job that supports a great work-life balance. We operate from Tuesday-Saturday, for both Lunch and Dinner, without the need for early starts or late finishes.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about all things hospitality related
- Shows discipline and self motivation
- Has experience with online reservation systems
- Loves preparation and organisation
- Experience in table service
- Enjoys customer interaction
- Experience making coffee
- Has a good understanding for customer retention
- Has good team values

The role will be responsible for:

- Preparing the dining room and team for service
- Supervising fellow waiters
- Waiting a section of the dining room
- Ensuring colleagues are following service requirements

The role will offer 25 to 30 hours per week, with roster flexibility, a supportive team and a focus on personal development and genuine hospitality.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $54,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
