**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role
- An enthusiastic hospo soul, inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated high-quality service standard
