**A little taste of your day-to-day**

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

- Leading, coaching, and guiding a team of committed hospitality professionals
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
- Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
- Working closely with key stakeholders to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue Multitasking to oversee a diverse range of food and beverage offerings

**What We Need From You**
- A passion for food & beverage products and service
- Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills including both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts accross all outlets; Your main focus will be to supervise breakfast shifts, though we require flexibilty for late finishes, weekends and public holidays Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
