**About the Role**

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Field Service Controller to join our fantastic team based at our Brisbane branch in Larapinta. Reporting to the Branch Service Manager, this key operational role is responsible for efficiently allocating breakdowns, scheduled maintenance and other repairs to our Technicians in the field.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Book service work for retail and rental equipment.
- Coordinate and allocate service and breakdown jobs to Technicians.
- Maintain information relating to service and breakdown jobs.
- Plan daily work to ensure the labour available is utilised to its full capacity.
- Coordinate quoted Additional Repair jobs.
- Coordinate third-party suppliers for breakdown jobs.
- Monitor service Work In Progress.
- Monitor Technician’s work hours on a daily basis.
- Monthly reporting on daily job totals and response times.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role (experience in a position where required to coordinate team members working remotely is desirable).
- Experience in the Material Handling Industry or Industrial Services Industry - desirable.
- Proven experience using an ERP (M3, SAP etc.).
- Proven ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Superior communication, interpersonal & time management skills.
- Strong telephone skills and experience responding to a high volume of queries over the phone.
- Proven ability to effectively resolve problems in a timely manner.
