**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Despatching service jobs to field technicians and advising client of ETA’s
- Monitoring of Service Calls, ensuring prompt allocation
- Efficiently utilise technician available working hours at all times.
- Opening/closing jobs on the service management system.
- Arrange sub-contractors, supply purchase orders and process supplier invoices
- Ordering safety equipment, uniform, tools, consumables and stationery for the department

**Requirements for success**:

- Proven experience in a call centre or service desk environment
- Experience allocating jobs to technicians who are constantly on the move out in the field
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and have strong communication skills to ensure a smooth process
- Experience using Microsoft Office suites
