**About the role**

We are seeking a Pharmacy Business Leader to nurture profitable franchise partnerships within our Priceline team. With extensive retail industry knowledge and experience collaborating with business owners and managers, you will drive revenue growth, optimise operational efficiencies, and implement effective business improvement strategies. Reporting to the Victorian and Tasmanian State Manager, you will receive guidance and support to ensure alignment with Wesfarmers Health's objectives and the Pharmacy Leadership Program (PLP), making a tangible impact on our franchise network's success and profitability. Join us in this rewarding opportunity to maximise financial performance and create strong franchise partnerships.

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include**:

- Drive instore leadership to cultivate a high-performance team culture and foster retail excellence.
- Oversee the successful implementation of customer offers, promotional programs, and VM guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive training and coaching to ensure instore excellence.
- Train teams on stock integrity best practices and rostering for optimal scheduling.
- Collaborate with Franchise Partners/Retail Managers to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Coach and guide teams in delivering exceptional customer solutions.
- Promote and nurture a customer care culture within teams.
- Facilitate the development of category and product knowledge excellence.
- Lead and mentor Franchise Partners in creating store improvement plans.
- Offer guidance in implementing business plans and identifying growth opportunities.
- Encourage the prominent display of safety and legislative posters in stores.
- Role will require overnight stays once/twice per month
- Demonstrated in-depth multi-site retail industry experience.
- Experience in franchising and the pharmacy industry (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully working with business owners/managers across multiple sites to drive business improvement programs.
- Demonstrated success in developing a high level of customer experience/satisfaction in collaboration with business owners/managers.
- Strong ability to cultivate a high-performance team culture in partnership with business owners/managers across multiple sites.

- Bachelor of Business and/or Pharmacy (Desirable)
