**What you’ll do:
Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Drive trade initiatives as determined by the Retail Trading plans.
- Weekly and monthly sales forecast and/or budgets are delivered with action plans.
- Coach, develop and manage a high performing leadership team that delivers brand expectations.
- Coach Franchise Partners and retail team members in relation to in store execution requirements.
- Lead conversations with Franchise Partners to ensure Franchise obligations are met and compliant to the code.
- Ensure continuous improvement across the PBL team. Meet KPI targets as determined by the GM Customer Operations.

**What you’ll bring:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated a successful track record in a similar position, ideally in a fasted paced large scale Retail environment. You are an inspirational leader with the ability to influence and drive operational excellence to support the successful delivery of the Priceline Pharmacy strategy. This coupled with your positive and engaging demeanour, team spirit and genuine passion for the customer will prove beneficial in being the right person for this role.

In addition, your skills and attributes would include:

- 10 + years' experience leading sales/business development teams, with a preference for leading field based teams.
- Experience leading a Franchise business highly desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a Retail function in a multi business unit environment.
- Proven ability in driving cultural and structural change with demonstrated collaborative style.
- High level financial management skills including asset management, awareness of project accounting and activity based costing.
- Demonstrated creativity in the development of innovative solutions required within a complex environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience across all levels. Bachelors degree in Business or a related field would be highly regarded.
