**The opportunity**:
Delaware North Australia is hiring for a number of exciting opportunities for experienced front of house professionals to join our Food & Beverage team for the remainder of the 2025 AFL season and beyond. With a busy calendar ahead at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground, including major concerts, events, and the peak of the AFL season, we’re looking for dedicated and professional team members who can see us through the rest of the year. Positions available:

- Functions waitstaff (banquets/functions experience)
- Restaurant waitstaff (fine dining experience)
- Bartenders (wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge)
- Retail Food Attendant (a winning smile and willingness to learn - No RSA required)
- Retal Bar Attendant (bar experience in a busy and fast paced environment)
- We are currently recruiting for July. The induction will take place in the first week of July, so availability during this time is essential._

**What will you do?**:

- Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail
- Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of daily menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements to enhance the guest experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery

**More about you**:

- Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Food Safety Certificate
- Proven experience in food and beverage service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Availability to work throughout the AFL season (now to September), including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules
