This healthcare company is looking for someone to join their Customer Service team as a temp contractor for a 6-8 week temp contract.
This role is based near Hornsby and will require a car, however, there is parking on-site and you can work from home 3 days a week. This position is a 2-month contract, starting asap. If you would like to work part-time or shorter days to suit your lifestyle/school hours, this is an option and you can also work from home a few days a week if part-time.
You will have good customer service skills and experience in a customer service role, with SAP or other ERP knowledge, with a can-do attitude and a focus on helping the customer service team clear a huge amount of backlog. You will process customer orders and record all relevant information on a database and process and coordinate customer claims including credits and returns and ensure complaints are resolved quickly and professionally.
Ideally you will have used an ERP (SAP) and Salesforce CRM and have strong attention to detail in processes and systems. If you have a customer service background and are keen on this position, we would be keen to speak to you asap. This is a very important, busy role and will require an excellent communicator to work with an amazing team. This role will commence immediately.
