This amazing medical healthcare company, with a positive, welcoming culture, is looking for someone to join their Customer Service team to be responsible for all customer care enquiries. Work with really great people

This role will ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient management of customer enquiries relating to product availability, pricing, and order shipment tracking. You will have excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer service role, with SAP or other ERP knowledge preferable, with a can-do attitude and a focus on helping the customer any way you can. If you have a customer service background and are keen on this position, we would like to speak to you asap. This is a very important, busy role and will require an excellent communicator to work with an amazing team.

You will have;
- Proven experience in customer service/supply chain environment role, ideally from within the healthcare industry or FMCG
- SAP and Salesforce skills are preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Self-starter with excellent organisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail in processes and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to ensure issues are identified and addressed appropriately
- Excellent communication skills as well as ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This role is based near Hornsby and will require a car, however, there is parking on-site and you can work from home 2-3 days a week.
