**Who we’re looking for**:
Create lovable digital experiences by managing digital content and functionality, working closely with stakeholders from across the business to source content, and ensuring our guests can find the information they need on our website.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensure consistent content layout and styling to ensure web pages meet brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Manage content through both CMS and codebase formats (notably html and CSS).
- Adhere to Website Quality Assurance and best practice onsite.
- Support internal projects for website content and publishing dependencies ranging from campaigns through to larger scale projects.
- Review and continuously optimise website functionality by suggesting new enhancements for guest experiences and prioritise these based on impact to the Airline.
- Contribute to author enhancements across various CMS to increase efficiency and functionality for authors.
- Troubleshoot CMS issues and maintain content and system to ensure no issues occur.
- Ensure digital content meets the requirements of the website style guide and content reflects the Virgin tone of voice.

**You’ll be great in this role if you have**:

- Experience managing or controlling a website Content Management System.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, notably AEM and Target would be ideal.
- Ability to work with multiple CMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven skills in managing targeted content, publishing & advertising schedules.
- Intermediate experience in operating a wide range of web related software packages such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- Experience or interest in learning more about A/B testing and to run tests using Adobe Target
- Experience in website usability and SEO.
- Ability to think logically and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sound understanding of online search tools and concepts.
- Airline and/or commercial ECommerce experience highly regarded.
- Understanding of commercial website advertising.
- Basic HTML and coding experience (desirable).
- Experience in web accessibility, WCAG, DOT (desirable).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in E-Commerce/Information Technology (desirable).
- Qualification in web design (desirable).
