Security Program Delivery Lead

Our amazing Security Team have put in a lot of work over the past couple of years to lay the foundations for further growth. With several newly created positions recently added, we've more than doubled the team this year already

**Your Role**:
This role does not have any direct reports, so we're seeking someone who can collaborate well with a team of specialists in their fields on the delivery of ongoing programs of work.
There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
- Act as a voice for the security team in advocating for program needs.
- Establish and run the security uplift program steerco.

Leadership:

- Foster a single team mindset
- Anticipate and remove inhibitors to progress
- Fully partake in technology leadership to contribute to a broader capacity uplift across the department

Engagement:

- Define team objectives in partnership with the Head of Security and the broader Security leadership team,
- Improve the wellbeing of teams by fostering psychological safety, inclusivity and diversity
- Strategise, design and deliver a backlog of initiatives based on the existing Security Program roadmap.

Stakeholder Management:

- In partnership with the Head of Security, work with the relevant stakeholders to influence program roadmaps and ensure that plans and progress are well understood by stakeholders.
- Manage capacity and team culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth.

Technical and Operational Excellence:

- Make and communicate great decisions that balance commercial, strategic, risk, technology, team engagement and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, commercials and 3rd parties such that Finance report that obligations are completed on time.

**Your Ideal Skills & Experience**:

- Working knowledge of information security and technology trends and issues.
- Sound knowledge of how information security and information technology contribute to business performance.
- Experience working closely in partnership with security specialists.
- Experience with program management or project management, with the ability to manage several initiatives concurrently.
- Strong stakeholder management, planning, organisation, decision making and time management skills.
- High level of flexibility with a strong ability to lead others successfully through cultural, process, system and transformational change.
- A team player aligning with our supportive and collaborative culture.
