**Key Responsibilities**

**Leadership**:

- Supervise and motivate the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
- Train, mentor, and monitor staff performance to meet luxury service standards.
- Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and team schedules.

**Customer Service**:

- Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Oversee private events and functions, ensuring smooth coordination.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Maintain stock levels, staff schedules, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with BOH to ensure efficient service flow and communication.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage rosters, monitor timesheets, and ensure accurate documentation for staff.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in setting up and managing events and private dining experiences, including coordinating with event organizers and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Provide specialized service during events, accommodating specific guest needs while adhering to the luxury dining standard.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare event spaces, ensuring they meet client specifications and One Dining’s quality standards.

**Key Skills and Requirements**
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in fine dining or premium hospitality.
- Alternatively, 4 years in hospitality with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and tools for rostering, timesheets, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional multitasking and communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

**Essential Qualifications**
- RSA certification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Event hosting experience is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
