Innovative mid tier national law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. 6 month contract with possibility to extend to permanent full time

Reporting to Chief Financial Officer

**The role**

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Full end-to-end accounts receivable function
- Diligent record keeping and timely updating
- Trust receipting and reconciliation
- Managing complex queries
- Contact with client for alternative payment arrangements
- End of month billing processes
- ADHOC accounts tasks as directed by the CFO
- You will use 3E Elite System

**Your experience**

You will have a minimum of 3 years Accounts Receivable Clerk/Officer experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services background.

**Law Firm / Salary**

National law firm with a dynamic culture. 26 staff in their Brisbane CBD office. Excellent training and processes. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($70-80,000 including superannuation).
