Fsqa Team Lead

As the FSQA Team Lead ANZ - Innovation, Regulatory & Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring our suppliers, ingredients, and operational processes meet HelloFresh's food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This includes compliance with internal policies and the BRCGS Storage & Distribution Standard for all new supplier relationships and operational dependencies.

You'll champion continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, while collaborating closely with internal teams to support business growth and operational excellence. We're seeking someone who shares this proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

This role is based in Chippendale and reporting to the Director Food Safety & Quality Assurance ANZ.

**You will**
- Lead, mentor and develop the FSQA team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on capability building, continuous improvement, and delivering on key business priorities.
- Provide technical leadership on NPD, packaging, sustainability, and compliance projects, ensuring food safety, quality, and regulatory risks are identified and managed throughout all stages.
- Manage supplier onboarding, performance, and compliance for NPD, including documentation reviews, first production approvals, and risk-based audits and visits.
- Lead supplier audits, visits, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and critical issues are escalated appropriately.
- Oversee compliance activities, including technical guidance on regulations, advertising, nutritional claims, ethical trading, and sustainability alignment.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring new partners meet HelloFresh's FSQA standards and are supported with clear policies and expectations.
- Mentor, coach, and support team members in tools, processes, and projects, fostering an agile, high-performance team environment.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Innovation, Category, Operations, and International FSQA to embed food safety and quality risk management into key business decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and global policy implementation through participation in strategic projects, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

**You have**
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- HACCP and Auditor Qualification
- Allergen (desirable) and Labelling training

**You are**
- Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office, with strong skills in data manipulation, analytics, and reporting.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
An effective communicator who can build strong, constructive relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable and collaborative, comfortable working autonomously and within cross-functional, matrixed teams.
