Regional Lead

**The role**:
In this dynamic position, you will lead and execute strategic consulting engagements across HelloFresh's global businesses, delivering value and driving continuous improvement. You'll work closely with business leaders and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, all while fostering a collaborative and data-driven environment. You will also help evangelize our core value of "Learning Never Stops," as you strive to create best practices and push for innovation within the company.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead a large team across multiple markets, ensuring KPIs are consistently met and exceeded.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies in line with current and future hiring needs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing trusted, strategic advice to drive project success.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, promoting operational efficiency across the region.
- Analyze data and key metrics to inform decision-making and deliver actionable insights.

**What you'll bring**:

- Strong experience in managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience working globally or regionally, ideally across multiple countries.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external agencies.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to train, mentor, and develop teams.
