**About**
4Twenty have partnered with an aged care tech vendor to look for their next BDR in Melbourne. Their care management system for the residential aged care market has independently been shown to reduce time nurses and carers spend on administrative tasks by 20%. This allows the care staff to focus on what they're best at: providing excellent care

Our client is a fast-growing health tech start-up with recent investment based in Australia looking to extend our team developing and operating care management solutions for the Australian and international market.

They are seeking to grow their team with a Business Development Representative. Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be generating new customer leads Australia wide.

**The role**:

- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
- Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads
- Creatively thinking and implementing our sales strategy across all industries
- Collaborating across our whole company, helping with marketing; sales and product discussions and decisions.

**What You’ll Bring**
- A customer-focussed mindset, but the sales acumen to hunt for opportunities
- 2-3 years in relevant Business Development or sales experience in a B2B environment. A healthcare setting would be a bonus
- Demonstrable communication skills, both verbally and written
- Outstanding sales achievement
- You will work with the Head of Sales on generating new leads, nurturing them from initial awareness and conversation to sales.
- You are a true team player - you understand that we are a team and bringing together multiple skill sets will deliver a greater outcome for our new clients and business
- You are detailed and numbers focused, whilst maintaining a customer-centric approach to your work.
