Our client is a WA Local Governement organization looking for a HR Generalist Advisor

**What you will be doing**
- Familiar with interpretation of enterprise agreements, legislation (Fair Work Act, NES), and various HR processes.
- Work under the federal IR system.
- Includes supporting supervisors with requests for flexible work arrangements, secondary employment requests,
- variations to hours.
- Prepare variations to contracts (to support flexible work arrangements, various variations).
- Able to handle a range of employment related matters and queries from supervisors and employees and provide advice.
- Broad HR background - familiar with administering a range of HR processes.
- Familiar with a HRIS (we use Aurion).
- Monthly or ad hoc reporting.
- Position Description amendments
- Support the HR team with recruitment

**Essential Skills
- Tertiary qualifications or progress towards completion of HR or relevant experience
- Current WA C Class Drivers Licence
- Effective communication
- Interpersonal skills
- High level knowledge of Employment law and legislation
- Competent with HRIS
- Competent with microsoft suite
- High level time managment
