**About the Centre**:
Located on Walkers Road in Upper Caboolture, our early learning centre offers high-quality child care and education for children aged 0-5 years in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Each day at Milestones is filled with exciting opportunities to play, explore, and discover. **About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
