**About the Centre**:
- **Milestones Augustine Heights is looking for a passionate and dedicated leader to join their Team as Centre Manager and drive the business to success in 2025. With a positive team of EArly Childhood Professionals and connected family and community, Milestones Augustine Heights offer the Lifelong Curriculum to children 0 - 5 years, focusing on attachment theory in our younger age groups and school readiness programs for our 4-5 aged children. Supportive Area Managers and CSO assist in your success with Centre Manager Ownership Programs / Bonus incentives offered.**
**About the Role**
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
**About you**
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
