**The Opportunity:
The Communications and Corporate Affairs Advisor partners with the ADF Health Services and Bupa Medical Visa Services businesses to provide communications and Corporate Affairs support, expertise and advice. Developing strong relationships across the two businesses and your home team in Corporate Affairs, this role plans and develops internal / external communications such as key messages, presentations, intranet stories and employee campaigns, to ultimately engage and inspire our people and promote and protect our reputation.

**How will I help?**
- Collaborating with the businesses and the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team to plan and deliver high-quality and engaging communications to support business initiatives, employee engagement activities, change programs, sustainability activities, broader Bupa initiatives and reputation-building content.
- Proactively identify opportunities, challenges and risks for the businesses and provide corporate affairs support that will promote and protect the business’ reputation accordingly.
- Being a trusted advisor who is deeply embedded in the businesses and understands their priorities and key audiences.
- Developing dynamic and engaging content for Bupa employees and key external stakeholders.
- Having a strong radar for potential impacts to Bupa’s reputation.

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications or business-related discipline (essential)
- Experience in developing high-quality and meaningful communications for different audiences
- Proactive approach - you love coming up with ideas and finding great content
- Experience and confidence in working closely with various stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix team structure to deliver internal and external communications
