Our client is an established global organisation within the marketing sector experiencing success and growth. Due to their ongoing growth plan, this newly created role will ensure the existing HR framework supports the overall business and HR strategic plan.

Reporting to the Head of HR, ANZ you will partner with the business leaders delivering key operational and strategic HR Business Partner support with a particular focus on employee relations, learning & development, and performance management across the whole employee lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to champion HR initiatives such as EVP and Diversity & Inclusion.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience as a HR Specialist with substantial experience of best practice HR principles. You will enjoy building strong key stakeholder management relationships with senior business leaders with a passion for development, implementing and delivery.

You will be tertiary qualified in HR or related discipline with proven track record in providing expert employee relations, grievance management and driving continuous improvement. You will enjoy working in a fast past, commercially savvy organisation who our passionate about their people.
