We are currently seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Controllers to support a range of infrastructure and civil projects across **Metro North-East Victoria.** This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining public safety and ensuring smooth traffic flow in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor traffic management plans in accordance with industry standards
- Set up signage, barriers, and equipment to control pedestrian and vehicle movement
- Communicate effectively with site teams, the public, and emergency services
- Respond to changing site conditions with sound judgment and professionalism
- Maintain compliance with OH&S regulations and company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid Traffic Control tickets (Stop/Slow and Implement Traffic Management Plans)
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Strong situational awareness and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and nights
