**ROLE**
Overseeing the consolidation of CX Teams and focusing on the common goal of championing the customer, you will be a natural leader with a passion for making a difference.

This role will be responsible for standardizing design methodologies, establishing good insights functions, and embedding customer champions within the product teams.

There is a deal of advocacy and education to this role, you will be speaking with Executive Leaders as well as external partners and consultancies. We are looking for someone who has strong CX / SD chops and has actively led CX strategy and/or implementation in a larger organization.

**YOU**

Experience leading and inspiring teams with a passion for an exceptional customer experience

Recognition of best-in-practice processes and the ability to implement and standardise these

An appreciation for, and experience with, facilitating fundamental change

A curious and empathetic mind that is comfortable working with a certain level of ambiguity

Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient at stakeholder management with an ability to build and develop strong relationships

Problem solver and critical thinker with a high level of emotional awareness
