Absolute Therapy Supports is looking for passionate Support workers to work with our participants in the NDIS sector. You will be supported in a multidisciplinary team. Hours are flexible, so as to ensure a healthy work-life balance. We pride ourselves on having a healthy work culture. We have a stable referral flow so there will be plenty of work available for you
Our rate is $32.00 an hour (weekday, daytime), plus extra travel pay. Increased rates for night and weekend work.
Our workers support those living with disability and injury, providing change, improvement and care to participants so that they can enjoy a better quality of life.
About our Company
Absolute Therapy Supports is a growing Medicare and NDIS provider based in Western Sydney. We aim to provide holistic, multidisciplinary supports using a 'Client-focused' approach. The goal is for our clients to enjoy the maximum possible benefit from our services offered so that they can gain improved functional capacity and improved daily living. We are passionate providers, working together with stakeholders, committed to regular and ongoing training and skill improvement, as well as access to assessment tools and resources.
Our clients span across the lifespan and across the CALD community. We are rapidly growing, with further opportunities ahead. Whilst our positions are currently mobile and work from home, allowing for control over schedule and travel pay; an office is available for clients who need-so. We are also opening a clinic in the coming few weeks.

Job Role
- You may be taking participants to appointments, to a cafe, assistance with shopping and/or cooking, help with light housework, attend events or go for a walk in the park
- Participants are on the NDIS and have varied needs. You may need to assist a participant with visual impairment, intellectual disability or who requires a wheelchair
- To demonstrate professionalism, and to builld a good relationship with the participant, talking with them and getting to know them
Qualifications & experience
Essential
- National Police Certificate
- NDIS Workers Check or Eligible to apply
- Drivers License
- COVID vaccinated
- A Certificate or Accreditation
- Right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Experience working with vision impairment (HIGHLY DESIRABLE)
- Working with children check
- Own vehicle
