We are currently seeking passionate Community Support Workers to join our team of dedicated professionals in _**Hurstville NSW, **_and surrounding areas which include but are not limited to: _**Sutherland Shire, Eastlakes, Bankstown & Inner-West of Sydney.**_

**What We Offer**:
- Competitive hourly base rates ranging from **$41.76 to $45.58**, inclusive of a 25% casual loading, based on experience and qualifications.
- Advanced rostering, planned 4-6 weeks in advance, promoting work-life balance.
- Range of shifts to suit availability/ scheduling needs.
- Supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable management team.
- Comprehensive 1-day induction training at our Auburn NSW headquarters, covering essential topics such as Medication Management, Behavior Support, and Acquired Brain Injury awareness.
- Ongoing learning, client-specific training, and opportunities for career advancement.
**Your Role**:
- **Provide 1:1 quality support** and meet the requirements of the clients based on their individual needs and in line with their goals.
- Assist our clients to live independently in their **own homes.**:
- Assist clients in accessing the community
- Assist clients in achieving rehabilitation goals
- Provide personal care
- Support clients with judgment and decision making
- Monitor client behaviour
- Maintain accurate records and report writing
- Provide feedback to the relevant Client Services Manager.
**Qualifications/Experience**:
- An appropriate certificate relevant to the work required to be performed
- Previous experience in a related industry or service to undertake the range of activities required.
**What You'll Need**:
- Driver License and use of a registered vehicle
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 - Provide first aid)
- NDIS Workers Check
- Up to date COVID19 Vaccination Certificate (2 vaccinations + Booster)
