**The Role**

We’re opening the doors to our brand new Anytime Fitness club at Burleigh Heads—and we’re looking for a driven, confident, and people-focused Assistant Club Manager to help us build a community from day one This isn’t your typical club job—you’ll be a key part of our presale campaign, connecting with the community, building hype, and securing memberships before we open. If you love making phone calls, smashing sales targets, and creating real relationships, we want to hear from you.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be called upon to:

- Achieve sales budgets
- Help Club Mgr coordinate engaging events and marketing initiatives
- Meet performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facilities maintenance
- Follow corporate policies and business practices
- Ensure top-notch customer service and operational excellence
- Keep the club clean, safe, and well-maintained

**About You**

You have a genuine passion for health and fitness and a track record of effective management. Your skills include:

- Proven sales experience
- Ability to self-motivate and work as a team
- Strong leadership qualities
- Solid understanding of sales and operational success
- Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities
- Positive and motivating communication style
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
