**Main Position Objectives**:

- Liaise with our partnership, promotional & event organisers to understand sponsorship deliverables, expo, sampling & on course nutrition requirements.
- Coordinate all on site operational and planning aspects for our events ensuring Fixx Nutrition is well represented and all event opportunities are facilitated.
- Motivate and inspire our Fixx community through our sponsored athletes and brand ambassadors while collaborating with our marketing team to ensure best outcomes for our brand.

**Main Tasks**
- Manage the Event Calendar ensuring deadlines for equipment and product with event organisers are met.
- Organise event and expo equipment.
- Facilitate logistics for event equipment, product and expo stock.
- Set up expo stands including marquees, signage, sampling & product displays.
- Sell Fixx Nutrition products at expo stands and operate POS.
- Liaise with event organisers and other Fixx team members to ensure event and expo stock is packed, shipped, delivered and returned upon event completion.
- Coordinate event marketing deliverables according to internal planning and deadlines.
- Assist the marketing department by coordinating ambassador content.
- Motivate athletes and help to create a supportive Fixx Community through regular group communications, club activations & promotions.
- Have strong organisational skills

- Excellent computer skills and be comfortable operating basic POS platforms
- Customer and athlete centric approach
- Be energetic, motivated and reliable with good time management skills and have a high attention to detail
- Have a strong work ethic along with an approachable & friendly 'can do' attitude

- Be available to travel interstate and/or drive regionally. All travel expenses are reimbursed and covered by us.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
