We are looking for a casual Bar Supervisor for this great community club who can create memorable experiences for our members and guests.  This position has up to 30 hours per week on offer.

You will supervise daily bar operations, support and mentor team members, and maintain high service standards. You will provide the highest quality customer service to the patrons of the Burleigh Sports Club to ensure the success of the beverage offerings across its establishment.

You will also work across TAB, Keno and Café.

It is essential that you have:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor.
  • A current QLD RSA & RSG.
  • Keno and TAB experience.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend work.
  • Passion for hospitality.
  • A bright and bubbly personality.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive, professional relationships.
