**About The Role**
Due to rapid expansion, we now require a Customer Service Manager for the Perth Metro area. The successful candidte will be responsible for:
- Developing strategies and implementing plans to monitor, track and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Documenting and improving policies and procedures aimed at improving all phases of service lifecycle from initial bid through service implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Maximising client retention through offering value-added services and engaging regularly with key client stakeholders.
- Managing budgets, reducing expenses, and increasing profitability.
- Modifying and improving services to provide the best available operation plan for clients and other organisational units.
- Reviewing Operational plans and compliance of the Sales, Operations and Admin departments and reporting KPI’s to the business owner.
- Carefully managing Change Management initiatives aimed at streamlining business practices, and maximising operational efficiencies.
- Liaising with other organisational units to identify issues within the delivery plan of the services and responding to customer expectations.
- Assisting with recruitment of staff members, including front-line operational staff, supervisors, and managers.
- Providing leadership throughout the organisation, training and mentoring new members of staff, monitoring and managing staff KPI’s and assisting with professional development goals.
- Must be available to work between 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
- The role is Full-Time, with approx. 38 per week.
**Requirements**:
- Valid driver’s license to drive company Van (supplied by the company).
- Previous cleaning experience.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning industry.
- Able to communicate well orally and verbally.
- Committed to following OHS requirements.

- Ability to use technology.
