**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- To oversee the provision of high quality and timely technical and accounts support to residential customers by leading a team of consultants
- Managing a medium to large sized team and coordinate with Aussie Expert to meet organisational requirements
- To manage team performance and work alongside staff to ensure targets are met
- Meeting the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets and measures
- To encourage, maintain and develop a professional business relationship with customers by providing a prompt, efficient and professional service at all times

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- An understanding of the telco industry
- Approachable and can explain things in a clear and direct manner
- Strong leadership skills
- An understanding of customer service principles
- Advanced computer skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
