**Description**:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To oversee the provision of high quality and timely technical and accounts support to residential customers by leading a team of consultants
Managing a medium to large sized team and coordinate with Aussie Expert to meet organisational requirements
To manage team performance and work alongside staff to ensure targets are met
Meeting the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets and measures
To encourage, maintain and develop a professional business relationship with customers by providing a prompt, efficient and professional service at all times
**Skills and Experiences**:

An understanding of the telco industry
Approachable and can explain things in a clear and direct manner
Strong leadership skills
An understanding of customer service principles
Advanced computer skills
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
