**About the Role**:
Our team is growing and require an additional Customer Success Officer role to be primarily responsible for assisting with implementing customised software with new customers and to help facilitate the introduction of new functionalities for existing customers. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure the users of our client’s software have the best possible experience and maximise their utility from the system. This is key to enabling them to be more sustainable and to deliver to their aged, disabled or in other ways challenged clients to live better lives.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who is;

- Can empathise with clients.
- Is proactive in creating and implementing solutions to customer problems.
- Is punctual, resourceful and good with time management and
- Most of all, is a great communicator

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
- Customer first mentality; ability to empathize and build customer loyalty.
- Proven track record of delivery the highest level of customer service
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company would be desirable but not essential
