- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for your client group.
- Assisting the Talent Manager to create talent strategies and initiatives to ensure the business continues to evolve and attract the best talent in its sector.

**About you**
You love the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent You love recruitment, and you want to be part of an organisation who find their purpose serving the community. Ideally you will have 2-3 years experience in a similar role and enjoy both office and work from home working environments.
