About The Role UGL's Utilities Projects business takes on critical infrastructure challenges in partnership with some of Australia's biggest names.
From projects such as the $1.4 billion Hume Link West transmission line JV for Transgrid to collaborating with Powerlink QLD, we're driving innovation, sustainability, and collaboration.
As our Recruitment Business Partner, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent and delivering workforce solutions for these iconic projects.
Based out of our North Sydney office, you'll manage the full recruitment process while working closely with hiring managers, making a direct impact on UGL's success.

Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end recruitment, from job briefs and advertising to shortlisting and offer.
Build talent pipelines for key roles using premium sourcing tools.
Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Manage recruitment systems and reporting through Taleo.
Ensure compliance by facilitating all relevant pre-employment checks.

About You Proven experience recruiting for both white and blue-collar roles.
Proficient in recruitment platforms such as Taleo or similar.
