Front of House

We're **Saturdays**, a boutique café in **Dural, NSW 2158** — the only café in Australia dedicated to **Banana Bread** and **Low-Calorie Treats**.

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable **Front of House** team member to take ownership of the **Thursday shift**. This is a solo-paced role suited to someone confident in managing service, following systems, and keeping the energy warm and fast. You'll start early, lead the flow, and help maintain a smooth, efficient service through until 2:30 PM.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Thursday shift from **6:30 AM to 2:30 PM**:

- Take customer orders and manage service flow
- Prepare coffee (basic barista skills preferred)
- Slice and display banana bread and baked goods
- Handle basic admin, restocking, and shift tasks
- Open and close the store using structured SOPs

**What We’re Looking For**
- FOH or Shift Supervisor experience (e.g. **McDonald's, KFC, GYG**)
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow structured routines
- Available **every Thursday**:

- Bonus: Comfortable with basic espresso machine use
