To accurately allocate products as wholesale, special orders or retail stock. To assist and oversee dispatch of all orders, wholesale, retail and corporate accurately, on time and in full, including tagging, allocating and final quality check. Provide general assistance to the Warehouse Manager and sales team as required.

**_Core Duties and Tasks_**
**Your main responsibilities and activities will be as follows**:

- Correctly identify products and enter them into the Warehouse management system. Accurately allocate them to the correct sales order.
- Liaise with the wholesale department and store managers to ensure urgent wholesale and retail orders are prioritised through the allocation process.
- Monitor the accurate tagging of goods and stock transfer to all stores
- Regularly assess and maintain appropriate stock levels in all stores as directed
- Compliance with all OHS procedures
- Quality control all stock dispatched and received
- Check all returns from stores
- Assist with annual stock take of the warehouse
- Assist with allocation of stock to stores and wholesale, including store needs lists and customer requests
- Liaise with staff with regard to product and display needs
- Monitor supplies of stationery and dispatch items
- Coordinate and assist with all dispatch procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent accuracy and data entry skills.
- Strong eye for detail
- Visa or work permit allowing permanent, full-time work in Australia.
- Strong communication skills with employees, supervisors, managers.
- Excellent time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be living in Australia (the position are in Redfern NSW)
