**What You’ll Do**
- **Stock Allocation**: Review sales and stock data to ensure accurate stock allocations for stores, placing orders with suppliers, and communicating delivery schedules.
- **Catalogue Production**: Assist with promotional catalogues by gathering deals and images, proofreading drafts, and managing stock allocations for timely execution.
- **Planogram Coordination**: Work closely with the Planogrammer to gather product images, manage allocations, and communicate updates to stores and suppliers.
- **Communication Hub**: Act as the central link, ensuring clear and timely communication between the Buying Department, suppliers, and stores about recalls, legal requirements, and product changes.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience working in a retail environment (pharmacy industry experience is a bonus).
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for collecting, organising, and analysing large amounts of data.
- A strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
