Branch Concierge

We are looking for a Branch Concierge to join our Adelaide team part time, 26.75 hours/week**26.75 hours per week**:

- Monday - Thursday : 11am - 4pm
- Friday : 9am - 4.15pm

As Concierge for the Adelaide Branch of CommBank, you’ ll be the face of Commbank & the first person customers speak with to assist them. To do this you’l l:

- Greet each customer & clearly understand their enquiry, guiding the customer to the appropriate channel
- Build personal connection with customers through meaningfu l conversations to enhance their experience
- Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options
- Be aware o f movements within the branch, ensuring it’s running effectively & efficiently and that customers are satisfied with their experience

**We’re**interested in people who have**:

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality
- Excellent communication skills & display all the right behaviours to maintain an approachable & professional demeanour
- The ability to manage customer expectations with a professional presence
- A genuine interest in building a career with CommBank and improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customers
