**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We currently have a vacancy for a Manager in our Client Service team at Nielsen Television Audience Measurement (TAM). We are the official source of audience measurement for the free to air networks and subscription broadcasters in Australia.
You will be part of a highly experienced and well regarded team dedicated to providing our broadcaster and media industry clients with the highest level of service by delivering an exceptional standard of information, assistance and support across their multimedia platforms.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analysis software training
- Analysis software support (investigation and problem solving)
- Client and industry education
- Viewing behaviour analysis and data insight
- Participation in achieving group goals
