About the role
Reporting to the Project and Events Coordinator, you’ll manage and deliver education and college activities aligned with the RACGP NSW&ACT team, while coordinating partnerships, events, and marketing strategies and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
**As our Projects and Events Officer you'll also**:
Plan, coordinate, and manage educational events.
Oversee project partnerships, including the design, delivery, and communication of activities such as workshops and events.
Complete education activity representative (EAR) duties for CPD events that fall under the project team, including supporting documentation and appropriate post event analysis with recommendations for future improvements
Capture, analyse and report on project progress and stakeholder feedback, ensuring alignment with RACGP goals.
Have the ability to attend [SS1]evening/ weekend meetings when required.
Other activities to support member engagement and state Faculty activities as required
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in events/project coordination or similar.
Proven experience managing and delivering events from start to finish.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
Highly organized with excellent project planning and multitasking skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work constructively in a small team, supporting team members and to follow process and direction
