External Resource Coordinator

NEP Australia is currently looking for an **External Resource Coordinator** to ensure efficient purchasing and hiring of external resources, video, audio, and infrastructure items, form other suppliers across the various regions to supplement the shortfalls of internal resource on projects and in addition the hiring of specialty equipment that is not NEP’s core business.

**The position**:
This role is full time based at our Homebush warehouse, reporting to our Operations Manager and working closely within a small team including our Resources Coordinator.

**Key responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Coordinate the hiring of external resources through a comprehensive database and roster system.
- Input the exchange of information into the job management system.
- Produce the appropriate Purchase Orders in the job management system.
- Provide department staff day to day support, direction, and advice for relevant issues.
- Coordinate and manage project amendments regarding the requirement of external resource.

**Required skills and attributes.**
- Attention to detail is essential for this role.
- Software skills including Excel and Smart Sheets.
- The ability to meet deadlines and be flexible with changes.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal. A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
