**Your Responsibilities**
- Advise and support managers on a range of appropriate and cost-effective recruitment approaches, plans, risks and markets to make effective decisions about hiring best practices.
- Evaluate the operating environment including labour markets to identify and prioritise workforce recruitment requirements.
- Coordinate WHS/Workers Compensation activities to raise compliance and awareness procedures communication and consultation.
- Create and maintain all WHS & Workers Compensation related forms, templates and guidelines.

**What do we need from you**
- Experience in Recruitment.
- Tertiary degree in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Demonstrated recruitment systems competence and experience using Microsoft office.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to proactively identify and meet expectations in a timely manner.
- Able to develop strong, professional relationships with all internal/external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accurate preparation of documentation with ability to report on key performance indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is a model of the organisation values, through own behavior, demonstrating a commitment to Barbeques Galore values and making a positive contribution to workplace harmony and co-operative team behavior.
