We are currently seeking a passionate Office All Rounder to assist with a diverse range of responsibilities for this privately owned and operated business in Bunbury.

With a collaborative company culture, this role plays a critical part in assisting the sales team with administrative duties such as quoting, managing inbound inquiries, and ensuring the licensing process is followed for each piece of equipment sold.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the licensing process from end to end.
- Maintaining the relationship with external marketing agencies.
- Assisting with internal sales when required.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and providing updated ETAs.
- Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Supporting other departments or team members as needed.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Upholding values of integrity, honesty, and a strong commitment to exceptional service.
- Exhibiting motivation and maintaining a positive attitude in their work.
- Having a keen eye for detail and thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn.
