**Your new role**

Your new role as office all-rounder will have you responsible for;
- Covering phones on a busy switchboard
- General administration within the office
- Co-ordination of travel
- Office cleanliness and stock maintenance
- Some data entry related tasks
- Presence within the office to greet clients and facilitate relationships

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in your new role as Office All-Rounder you will be able to demonstrate;
- Sound understanding of key administrative skills
- Strong work ethic, and the ability to balance quality of work and speed of operations within your tasks
- Keen interest in breaking into the mining, resources and exploration space
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Tech-savvy, with sound use of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
