What you’ll contribute to

The Dealer Engagement Communications Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the development & execution of marketing strategies through communications to promote the connection of the dealer network to the brand and its training and development programs.

This role is based at the Toyota Centre of Excellence in Altona North and is a Permanent role.

How you’ll make an impact- Implement agreed dealer training, development & engagement communication processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to enable TMCA to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives with the support of the dealer network.- Assist in the development of communication processes and procedures in order to enhance the Toyota brand, learning and development desirability in the Dealer Network.- Be the voice of the customer by collaborating with internal divisions, agencies and dealers to develop a better user experience for dealer training, development & engagement.- Act as a key contact between national divisions, regions and the dealer network in relation to dealer training, development & engagement communication activities. Resolves any queries and issues and escalates matters to minimise risk.- Provide support to dealer training, development and engagement projects and programs where required to enable the business unit to execute its strategy and achieve its objectives.
