About us

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join our fast paced, busy café. Min 30 hours per week, full time position for the right person. Le Cafe Gourmand is located in Mermaid Beach, have a French influence background and has been open for 10 years.

Qualifications & experience
- MUST be able to dial and adjust grinders
- Have at least 5 years+ experience as a barista
- Latte art compulsory
- Previous experience working in a team environment and solo.
- A positive attitude and great customer service

Tasks & responsibilities
- Making coffees
- Producing high volume and quality coffee.
- Interacting with customers and staff.
- Checking and controlling coffee extractions/ shot times
- Helping out on other stations when needed.
- Working in a team or alone.
