We’re on the lookout for barista and cafe all rounder to work at our Bondi Beach flagship cafe.

In addition to good coffee skills, we’re looking for fun, talented legends who live and breathe coffee. Our cafe has a great vibe so we’re looking for the right person with a great attitude to enhance the overall coffee experience for our customers.

**The Role**

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Taking orders - interacting with customers
- Jumping on the machine and making espresso-based beverages
- Delivering the best customer experience - must be friendly and accommodating
- Educating customers on the Will & Co brand, our coffee and retail products
- Maintaining cafe inventory, ordering and staffing
- Maintaining retail inventory (replenish sellable retail products) i.e. crockery, merch, equipment

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum of 2 year’s experience as a barista
- Exceptional customer service, a positive attitude and very personable - this one is important
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high paced environment
- Good coffee knowledge with a willingness to learn
- Super reliable with great organisational skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bondi Beach, NSW 2026: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:
